Privacy Policy For The Beift App Privacy Policy for Beift Effective Date: August 31, 2025 This Privacy Policy describes how Beift (“Beift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

For trainers and dieticians, we collect and store copies of your uploaded professional certificates for verification purposes. • Sensitive Information: The App handles and stores “Health and fitness” data, as it is a core function of the service. This may include information related to your physical activity, diet, and fitness goals, which you may share with a trainer or dietician. b. Information we collect automatically: • Approximate Location Data: We may collect your approximate location to provide you with recommendations for nearby trainers and dieticians. This location data is used for this specific purpose and is not stored permanently. • Chats and Media: We store messages, photos, and videos you share with trainers and dieticians within the App’s chat function. This data is stored to enable and maintain the chat service. • Payment Information (Revised): When you make a payment for services, the transaction is processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card or other payment card details. Google Play provides us with limited transaction details, such as the date and amount of the payment, necessary to confirm your purchase. • App Activity and Usage Information: We may collect information about your interactions with the App, such as the pages or features you visit, the time and date of your activity, and other user-generated content you create or upload. ______________

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • To Provide and Manage the App: To create and manage your account, enable chat and media sharing, and allow you to connect with and pay trainers and dieticians. • For Verification: To verify the professional certificates uploaded by trainers and dieticians to ensure the quality and safety of our service. • To Process Payments (Revised): To securely process payments for services through Google Play Billing. • To Improve and Personalize the App: We use aggregated and anonymized data to analyze trends, improve app functionality, and enhance our recommendation algorithms. • For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect against fraud, spam, and abuse within the App, and to maintain the integrity of our services.
